Each plan covers one business with one owner login. Prices in USD, subject to final announcement.

AI review credits

TidyBids Quote Review is optional. You choose what to send and which provider reviews it, and you see the exact text before anything is sent. Each provider is available only when we’ve enabled it. Each review costs 1 credit with DeepSeek or 3 credits with OpenAI GPT, when that provider is available. A review that fails uses no credits.

Unused credits roll over. Each month’s included credits are added to your balance instead of replacing it. For example, 80 unused credits plus a 100-credit pack plus a Premium renewal of 300 credits gives 80 + 100 + 300 = 480 credits.
Purchased credits never expire. A paid plan is needed to buy credit packs and to use purchased credits. Credits have no cash value and can’t be withdrawn or transferred.
If you cancel, you keep paid access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Your credit balance stays on your account and can be used again if you resubscribe.

Questions

Do I need a credit card?

No. TidyBids doesn’t collect payment details during early access, and the planned free trial won’t need a card either.

What counts as a published quote?

Only the first time you share a quote. Drafts and revisions are unlimited, and re-sharing, revising, printing to PDF or receiving customer responses never counts again. Deleting records doesn’t give allowance back.

What happens to early-access accounts when paid plans launch?

We’ll email you with the final prices and dates before anything changes. Existing accounts will start a fresh 14-day free trial at launch; time spent in early access doesn’t count against it. Nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.

Can I get a refund?

Once paid plans launch, you can ask for a full refund of any subscription payment or credit pack within 14 days. See the refund policy.

Can my customers pay through TidyBids?

Not today. A quote records agreement on price and scope; you arrange payment with your customer directly.
