Refund policy
Effective November 8, 2026
TidyBids is in early access and doesn’t collect any fees today. This policy applies to paid plans and AI credit packs once they launch. We want it to be simple: if TidyBids isn’t right for you, ask within 14 days of a payment and we’ll refund it in full.
14-day full refund
- You can request a full refund of any subscription payment, including a renewal, or any AI credit pack, within 14 calendar days of that payment.
- Within that window, how much you used TidyBids or your credits doesn’t affect eligibility.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from your account email address, or include it in your message, along with your receipt or order number. Never send card details; we will never ask for them.
After 14 days
We review billing errors, duplicate charges and periods when the service didn’t work case by case. Contact us and we’ll look into it.
Cancelling
Cancelling stops future renewals. It doesn’t refund the current period by itself; you keep paid access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. If you want that payment refunded, ask within the 14-day window.
What a refund changes
- A refunded subscription payment ends the access and included credits it paid for. A refunded credit pack removes those credits from your balance. Credits from other payments stay.
- A subscription and credits aren’t money or a bank balance. Purchased credits don’t expire, but they have no cash value and can’t be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or transferred.
Payments through Paddle (when paid plans launch)
We plan to sell paid plans and credit packs through Paddle, which would act as the seller of record. For purchases processed by Paddle, refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle. How long the money takes to arrive depends on your bank or card provider, so we can’t guarantee a time. Paddle’s own refund policy would also apply, and you’d be able to look up those orders at paddle.net.
Your rights
Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you. Where those laws, or a decision by the payment processor, give you more, that prevails.
