Early access
TidyBids is provided free of charge during early access. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We’ll give notice before introducing paid plans, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
Planned paid plans
The plans, limits and AI credits described on our pricing page will apply once paid plans launch. They can’t be bought yet. When they launch, existing accounts will get a fresh 14-day free trial, which needs no card and never turns into a paid plan by itself.
- AI credits have no cash value and can’t be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or transferred.
- Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep paid access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
Your account
Keep your password private and use an email address you control. You’re responsible for activity under your account. If you forget your password, you can request a reset link by email from the login page. If you can’t access your email, contact us.
Your quotes
- You are responsible for the prices, scope and terms in your quotes and for any agreement you make with your customers.
- A customer accepting a quote through TidyBids records their agreement to the quoted price and scope. It is not a booking or appointment confirmation; arrange dates directly with your customer.
- TidyBids does not send quotes for you and does not process payments.
- Quote Review suggestions are automated and may be wrong. They aren’t market-pricing, profit, legal or tax advice, and they never change your quote automatically. Use your own judgement.
Acceptable use
Don’t use TidyBids to send spam, collect data you aren’t entitled to, or disrupt the service. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.
Liability
TidyBids is provided “as is” during early access. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for disputes between you and your customers.
